To clarify, we're not really sure if their "R"NG is screwed up in an exploitable way. We made a few non-scientific attempts to see if it was really really easily exploitable, and they failed (and cost us like $12

). Any more research than that would've be pretty tedious.

Basically, we noticed it was rigged, and we're not interested in exploiting it. We just wanted to inform the public ASAP.

if i run a legit poker operation the day poker became legal in the US i would/will hire noah... day 1, prob like hour 6 after we setup teh comptuers and fones

The main problem with the RNG is that it generates a consistent pattern when you make it play 10 times at once. You cannot change your play during the set of 10 to exploit the pattern that comes up, so you cannot directly exploit that.

You might be able to exploit it in some other way (like using the time seed issue if that theory is true), but we didn't look much into that.

Why then does the thread title say "Absolute Poker Keno Is Rigged"? It makes for a more interesting thread title, but its not strictly true is it?

You have no proof that its specifically possible to rig in your favour or if its rigged in some way against you. You just proved there are some irregularities that need of further investigation.

if you can predict whether you're going to win or lose, regardless of whether it's through an exploitable system, the randomness they claim to exist does not. this is very obviously a problem, and hopefully does not spread beyond where it was found. nice work so far guys, keep it up.

- UB/AP should be avoided at all costs by all players at no exception
- NoahSD is the best poster on 2p2 (ainec) and should be a mod as recognition of his service to the poker community

The numbers being non-independent in a 10-times run of the game, doesn't mean that every time you choose numbers and decide to run it 1 or 10 (or...) isn't a markovian process. And that's the only thing a RNG should accomplish.

To the extreme: the 10-times run could give 10 times the exact same result without being rigged, as long as the selection of 20 numbers during one run is independent of the 5 (or whatever) numbers chosen by the player.

Therefore, absolutely no proof of being rigged...

It's not necessarily relevant whether it's rigged in the house's or customer's favor as long as it's not done deliberately. The game is rigged because of incompetence, which means OTHER GAMES can be rigged because of incompetence. This comes up after all the other bull**** that's come up out of AP/UB/Cereus' shadows, which is beyond ridiculous.
