q70 spark plug recomendations ?

Just want to replace my plugs what are the best?

I'd stick with the riceburner brands. If it's a VK the stock plugs are NGK's, if it's a VQ they're Densos, but you can really use either brand in anything Nissan. Pull one before you order and see if the burn calls for one heat range cooler or hotter. Your driving has a great effect on that.

my vin starts with JN so I assume its the vq?

Nothing wrong with ruthenium, but the case is out about whether they really last any longer than a high-quality iridium. They do outlast cheap iridiums.
