Cube3 fuel pump location?

Cube 2007.

Where is the fuse for the fuel pump? Best I can see, it is not in the fuse box under the steering wheel. Nor is it in the fuse box under the black cover beside the battery. Any clues?

from the factory service manual: page EC-399 of a cube 2009

"CHECK FUSE
1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
2. Disconnect 15 A fuse (No. 60) from IPDM E/R"
