Would the 5 speed AT from a 2005-2006 Altima fit as a direct replacement for a 2002 3.5SE 4speed AT?

I've been limping along with the OEM AT but it's getting close to crapping out and the main seal is leaking and needs repair, so this is a good time to look for a replacement.

No, just nobody knows the answer. I think you'll need to visit the JY and compare bolt patterns. I would think you can bolt them up, but that isn't gospel.
