For those of you who enjoy my tutorials, here’s another one… still working out the kinks 🤣 | By Slice - Killer Cakes | Hey, guys. I'm back with another Killer Cake tutorial. I am not sure what to call this particular trend. It's popular right now. I am for lack of knowledge or a better word. Just going to call it a sideways cake. Um this is two eight inch single layers that I am shaving off because this is actually going to be turned sideways so we need a good flat base here. Um the only thing the customer said that they wanted was a lemon pound cake with white chocolate ganache and fresh raspberries. So here I'm doing a syrup and this is a still chilled white chocolate ganache. That's why it's a bit more thick. Um some fresh raspberries and you know my good technical term here.
