Draw your own gingerbread city on a piece of cardboard. Instead of throwing away boxes you already have at home, use them to get creative. With white details, it’s easy to make brown cardboard look like adorable gingerbread houses. Then decorate the houses with artificial snow and light strands to illuminate the silhouette with an atmospheric glow. We’ve also cut out little stars and snowflakes from card and hung them up over the city for extra charm.
