It's been nine years since Céline Dion lost her husband René Angélil and their three sons lost their beloved father.
The late talent manager passed away on January 14, 2016, two days before his 74th birthday, after a lengthy battle with throat cancer.
On Wednesday, Céline marked her late husband's anniversary by sharing a rare snap with her sons René-Charles, 23, and twins Nelson and Eddy, 14.
The photo, which was taken over the Christmas period, shows Céline and her sons smiling away as they spent the festive season at their family home in Las Vegas.
The singer, who made an epic comeback at the 2024 Paris Olympics, wrote: 'René, we can’t believe you’ve been gone nine years already. Not a day goes by that we don’t feel your presence, RC, Eddy, Nelson and I.'
'You were my greatest champion, my partner, and the one who always saw the best in me. I honor you and you are forever missed mon amour... We love you,' she continued, before signing off: 'Celine xx...'
A host of Céline's followers took to the comments section to express their sympathies, with one sweetly writing: 'Such a great influence on your lives and shaping who you are today! He lives on in your hearts and left behind such a magnificent legacy.'
Another of Céline's followers penned: 'Beautiful picture... René would be proud. Sending so much love,' as a third commented: 'Hard to believe 9 years already, but what a legacy he has left behind and how proud he would be of you and the boy.'
René first met Céline when she was just 12 years old, when he began managing career. Their relationship didn't become romantic until 1988 when she was 20 years old.
The couple's first date took place the night Céline won the Eurovision Song Contest in 1988, and the rest, as they say is history.
René and Céline went on to tie the knot on December 17, 1994 and welcome three sons- René-Charles, born in 2001, and twins Eddy and Nelson, born in 2010.
