Resumen
Abstract
The antibiotics residues in milk and in the animal products, has been
increased during the last years, that which represents a risk for the public
health. For that, and because in the region named "Tierra Caliente" of
Guerrero State in Mexico, which produce around 11.5 million liter of milk
per year, that was gave the opportunity for carried out the investigation to
screening the antibiotics residues in the crude milk in the different
municipalities of the region. Milk samples (approximately 129) were
randomly collected for antibiotics residues assay using Kit Delvotest® SP,
and 24 (18.60%) of them were positive, while the remaining 105
(81.40%) were negative. Ajuchitlán del Progreso, had the highest
analyzed milk samples (16 samples), and 37.5% of them were positive,
while it had not any positive samples in Cutzamala de Pinzón of 12
samples tested. Pungarabato, Coyuca de Catalán, Zirándaro, Tlapehuala,
Arcelia, San Miguel Totolapan, and Tlalchapa, were detected a positive test
to antibiotics (28.57, 25.00, 18.75, 16.67, 15.38, 14.29 and 10.00%,
respectively). Only 66.67% of the analyzed samples, were sourced directly
from producers and marked to the public, while the other 33.33% was
marketed by resellers or boatmen. The samples of milk source from the
producers presented higher antibiotics residues detections (i.e.11.63%),
while the marketed by the resellers presented 6.97% of prevalence. It
could be concluded that, the consumption of crude milk at the region of
Tierra Caliente of Guerrero State may be affect negatively on the public
health due to its higher contamination with antibiotics residues.

fue del 95 %, con un error máximo tolerable (E) de 0.07 y una prevalencia
esperada (p) del 20 % de acuerdo a resultados obtenidos por otros
