Swipe 👈🏻 and try this series which also targets the core and shoulder stability. As I have had the honor of teaching many instructors from beginners to veteran and they all agree that they struggle with arm on the reformer. Finding new variations or they’re looking for other options. My answer is why not keep to the classics and maybe add a prop or as you can see in my third slide I added a prayer🙏🏻 position targeting the shoulders.
