This is a great drill to develop a better understanding of the mechanics needed to throw punches. Inspired by @tomyankelloboxing this is one of my favourites💯

2)HIPFIRE🔥
This drill encourages hip rotation and full extension of punches. I do not recommend making this a full boxing form, however use it to eliminate stiffness and increase flexibility👊🏻

3)COUNTERS ONLY♟️
Shadow boxing with purpose is always necessary. Forcing yourself to visualise a punch or combo and reply will dramatically improve your counter punching abilities in fight situations💪🏻

4)FIENT-TO-THROW💥
Too often it is said that fients are a forgotten art in boxing, well not with this drill.
