I had the idea for this project whilst I was sewing my sister's wedding bouquet last year and just couldn't get it out of my head. A huge amount of the inspiration came from two places - this stunning peacock created by a talented artist right here on Flickr, and the opening montage of 'El Dorado' the animated film.
