Visiting the popular Indonesian destination of Bali just got more expensive thanks to a tourist tax that went into effect on Wednesday.

You take the good with the bad, and in Bali, traffic can be pretty bad. Just a consequence of more and more tourists coming in, and the roads not necessarily catching up to the demand. On this day, I happened to hit a bad spot of traffic. At times, it happens, and you would almost be faster walking (not that there's any space for pedestrians).
