Medieval Market How long I've dreamed of coming to this street, to this city. The long trek across the desert was exhausting. Even though it wasn't the only market on the silk road. This was my favorite. The noise, the conversations, the speech of the different peoples there even at night. And spicy odors of spices, smoke, domestic animals and various strange fruits filled the air and were very pleasant after the hot breath of the desert.
