Behavior/reward incentive for my elementary music classes. Classes with good behavior move up the xylophone, and classes that get to the top bar receive a party at the end of the semester.

Change title " Who's got scale?" or "Steps to Success" Daily Class Behavior have them move up the scale * 2 steps for entering quietly/ 2 steps for leaving quietly Four- 1 step following directions, focus, completing days activity, attitude...etc... Grand Behavior - Music Classroom Management Tool When a music class is misbehaving, or their behavior isn’t “grand” – they lose a letter at the whiteboard. If later they show me behavior that is “grand” they can earn a letter back. At the end of class time, if they still have all of their letters they have had “Grand Behavior” and they get to move up a spot on the grand staff. Read more on our blog!
