30 Day Hassle-Free Return Policy
1. Return Policy Overview
• We offer a 30-day return policy for change-of-mind purchases.
• Items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
• Notify us within 7 days if you receive a damaged or faulty product.
• We aim to make the return process as hassle-free as possible.
• Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer’s responsibility.
• For faulty items, shipping costs will be refunded upon inspection.
• A 15% restocking fee applies for returns made after 30 days
2. Date of Receipt
The date of receipt is defined differently for our showroom and online purchases:
• Online Purchases: The date of receipt is when the product is delivered and you are in possession of the item.
• In-Store Purchases: The date of receipt is when you pick up the product from our showroom.
3. Change of Mind
We understand that purchasing decisions can change. If you wish to return a product due to a change of mind, please notify us within 30 days of the date of receipt. The product must be in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
• Returns After 30 Days: If a return is requested after 30 days from the date of receipt, a restocking fee of 15% will apply. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. The product must still be in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
4. Damaged or Faulty Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of the date of receipt. We aim to make returns and refunds as hassle-free as possible and will guide you through the return process.
• Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs upfront. If the product is found to be faulty upon inspection, we will refund the shipping costs and either provide a full refund or exchange the product. Entry Point will cover the shipping expenses for the replacement item.
5. Proof of Purchase
When contacting us for a return, please be prepared to provide:
• Order Number: For online purchases, please have your order number ready.
• Proof of Purchase: For in-store purchases, you will need to provide proof of purchase, such as an invoice or confirmation.
6. Exceptions
Certain items may not be eligible for return or refund due to health and safety regulations or other restrictions. These items will be clearly identified at the time of purchase.
7. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Packaging: Securely package the product, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs. For damaged or faulty products, you will be reimbursed for shipping if the product is found to be faulty upon inspection.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.

10. Our Commitment to You
At Entry Point, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strictly adhere to the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract with us and receive a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods or service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done, you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service.
