Engineering Career Services (ECS)
ECS provides information, assistance, friendly support and technology resources necessary for graduate students to effectively utilize program services and develop career management skills that last a lifetime. Whether you need a resume consultation, help with job search questions, or assistance with preparing for on-campus interview and recruiting events, we are here to help you!
Columbus
Columbus has been dubbed a Midwestern style capital by The New York Times and one of the top ten best cities to start a career by Time magazine. A major metropolis and the 14th largest city in the U.S., Columbus is home to more than two million in the metro area alone. The city has an open-minded approach to life, business and ideas.
Graduate Student Organizations
There are a variety of graduate student organizations within the College of Engineering as well as the university as a whole. You can explore all options through Student Activities within the Office of Student Life.
Graduate Student Organization Event Funding
Graduate student organizations within the College of Engineering can request up to $150 from the Office of Graduate Education to support an event which aligns with the university Shared Values. Events supported by these funds must be open to all. No more than 1 event per calendar year will be supported. Requests for funding should be submitted via the online form and include the name of the graduate student organization, contact information for the organization's president and treasurer, purpose of the event and location. Submit the form.

As Ohio State's student programming organization, the Ohio Union Activities Board strives to provide diverse programs and events that are educational, entertaining and thought-provoking for the students on the Columbus Campus. The Graduate and Professional student committee of the Ohio Union Activities Board designs and executes over 200 programs that are intentionally created to enhance the graduate and professional student experience.
