Comment. She may well fail notability for a politician, but if she was a senior government official then she may qualify through that. How senior was her position as head of the Presidential Management Staff? It looks pretty important to me. Sort of like White House Chief of Staff maybe? - Keep as it seems that Presidential Management Staff (Philippines) is a cabinet-rank position; see List of Cabinets of the Philippines#Benigno S. Aquino III. This means she passes WP:POLITICIAN: "Politicians... who have held... national... office," although people who had served under this position haven't been politicians (ran for public office). –HTD 16:35, 7 December 2013 (UTC)
