Appears to fail WP:NMUSIC and WP:GNG. There are a heck of a lot of references in here, but I can't see any that are cast-iron WP:RS - a lot appear to be primary sources, blogs, or tabloidy/gossipy things. The fact that he publishes his music for free doesn't help matters either (means he's unsigned, and won't have charted) - and several of them appear to be barely mentioning this guy.
