- Delete: I did find some initial coverage concerning this scheme: a discussion of its potential "Film Krant", May 1998 and EU Commission approval for this state support later the same year (added as a reference in the article). It appears to have been a limited-funding, limited-term initiative, but my searches are not finding any substantial evaluation or coverage beyond that initial start-up coverage. Fails WP:NCORP.
