This subject is an Indian army captain who drowned in a training accident, which received substantial media coverage. This is undoubtedly a tragedy, and I don't doubt the good faith of the editor who created the article, but per WP:BLP1E and WP:NOTMEMORIAL, we shouldn't host an article about the individual, who was not a public figure.
