Contested prod; completely unsourced, poorly written, no assertion of notability.
- Delete as nominator. /Blaxthos ( t / c ) 02:55, 20 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- Strong Keep. The movie is a notable bollywood movie, with multiple notable actors (Anupam Kher, Naseeruddin Shah, Jimmy Shergill). It has been reviewed by multiple notable newspaper and media sources like Times of India (4½ stars), Rediff (3½ stars) and CNN-IBN (4 stars). IMDB has been listed as one of the film's sources, though certainly more can be added. I contest both the doubts on articles neutrality as well as it reading like a review. It is a decent stub article, though not poorly written as claimed by the nominator. — Ambuj Saxena (talk) 04:02, 20 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- I have improved a article a bit. Now the plot is mostly comprehensive and flows better. — Ambuj Saxena (talk) 04:44, 20 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

- Strong Keep and a WP:TROUT to the nominator. Please do a few quick searches first, before nominating for AfD. A quick googlenews search[1] shows that there is a very substantial amount of in-depth and specific coverage of the film by independent sources. The article needs to be expanded and improved, but that is not a reason for deletion. Nsk92 (talk) 16:56, 20 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- I second that trout slap. RockManQ (talk) 20:04, 20 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- Strong Keep. Being unsourced, poorly written, or having no assertion of notability is not a reason to delete, as even a very cusory search found plenty of notability. Tag it for improvement, sure. But deletion? Nope. Schmidt, MICHAEL Q. 17:43, 20 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- Note Just added section with 7 reviews to cinch notability. Schmidt, MICHAEL Q. 04:17, 21 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep unsourced and poorly written articles are candidates for cleanup, not deletion. RockManQ (talk) 20:04, 20 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep You should know why. This movie was critically acclaimed and marks Kher and Shah's return together after 12 years. Besides, what is so un-notable about this movie, that it is being proposed for deletion, while an aticle like Dhol remains? If this is not notable, there are 25 times the number of Hollywood movies, that can be deleted. --Rsrikanth05 (talk) 06:51, 21 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- Strong Keep.well sourced and well written and critically acclaimed...--Cometstyles 07:47, 21 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- Strong Keep: A very popular movie. Kensplanet (talk) 15:49, 21 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
