American women psychologists

edit

Re your creation of Category:American women psychologists: per WP:DUPCAT ("Subcategories defined by gender, ethnicity, religion, and sexuality should almost always be non-diffusing subcategories"), this must be a non-diffusing category, meaning that articles placed into this category should remain in the parent category as well. Can you please fix the damage you have done by restoring the parent category to the 191 pages you have placed into the subcategory? I would also like to take this opportunity to remind you to use edit summaries (WP:FIES) for all of your edits. —David Eppstein (talk) 22:18, 3 November 2016 (UTC)Reply

OK, I agree with you. Gengning (talk) 01:02, 4 November 2016 (UTC)Reply

I am Dorothy Dinnerstein's daughter Naomi and can correct many factual errors in the biography section. I can't figure out how to enter it for editing. Please contact me at nmiller@sussex.edu or naomiller@me.com

There are many many significant factual errors re dates, deaths, adoptions, marriages etc. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.175.92.57 (talk) 05:21, 13 December 2016 (UTC)Reply

Information icon  Please do not add or change content, as you did at Nena von Schlebrügge, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Sundayclose (talk) 16:33, 10 November 2016 (UTC) Reply

Everyone who is a psychotherapist is not a psychologist. Please take the time to read about the difference. And please remove the categories pertaining to psychologists in articles that do not clearly provide a reliable source that the person is a psychologist. I hope you will cooperate. Thanks. My apologies. Someone else added the category. You did, however, add the category "American women psychologists" to Virginia E. Johnson, which I removed. Sundayclose (talk) 17:17, 10 November 2016 (UTC)Reply

You did it again for Sidra Stone, as there is no evidence in the article that she is a psychologist. "Ph.D." without indication of the specific field is not sufficient. Please be more careful, as I don't wish to continue cleaning up your edits; instead I would have to make mass reverts. Also note that you linked to a disambiguation page for Sidra Stone, not the article. Thanks. Sundayclose (talk) 15:34, 11 November 2016 (UTC)Reply
