Nolensville, Tennessee
editWelcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute to the encyclopedia, but when you add or change content, as you did to the article Nolensville, Tennessee, please cite a reliable source for your addition. This helps maintain our policy of verifiability. See Wikipedia:Citing sources for how to cite sources, and the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. --Orlady (talk) 05:17, 8 July 2011 (UTC)
- Thanks for adding the source information to the article. Since URLs have a bad habit of "going poof", it's important to record details about the content -- I took care of that for the Nolensville history refs, but you likely will be able to improve on my work. --Orlady (talk) 12:57, 8 July 2011 (UTC)
- Thanks for the help!--Concord715 (talk) 03:23, 9 July 2011 (UTC)
- Heck, I'm being a bit selfish, as I'm looking forward to your contributions in the future. There's a boatload of articles about Williamson County that were started with minimal content and could stand to be expanded by someone who knows the county. Also, if you would like to interact with other editors regarding Tennessee topics, you might want to join Wikipedia:WikiProject Tennessee. --Orlady (talk) 04:12, 9 July 2011 (UTC)

Copyright, citing sources, etc.
editHi. I'm sorry to say that I had to revert your additions to Williamson County, Tennessee, because they are copied from the source. Wikipedia can't accept that kind of content. We need to put the content into our own words -- not paraphrased, but our own words. See Wikipedia:Copy-paste for more information. (I think there may be similar problems at Samuel Crockett House, but I haven't investigated that one thoroughly.) --Orlady (talk) 04:51, 11 July 2011 (UTC)
- Sorry to make so much extra work for you. Once you get me trained properly I won't be any trouble :) I will work on correctly editing the previous articles. Concord715 (talk) 00:41, 12 July 2011 (UTC)
