I'm Thanos6. Says it all, really. Virulent opponent of the "notability" requirement; I feel that anything that can be verified and proven is worth keeping. I feel NOTHING that can meet those criteria should EVER be deleted, no matter how minor or alledgedly "trivial"; obviously someone doesn't think it's trivial or they wouldn't have added it. This should be an electronic Library of Alexandria, no verifiable fact should be excluded.
Notability must be destroyed
edit
More than any other single factor, it is the Notability guideline that is holding Wikipedia back from achieving true greatness and transcending all previous collections of information. This rule must be destroyed. There is absolutely no reason to have it. If an article on it exists, then by definition it is notable, because to someone it was important enough to create an article. We have infinite space, there's no reason to shackle ourselves like this.
Wikipedia is doomed to fail
edit
Wikipedia claims it wants to be the storehouse of all human knowledge, and yet it then turns around and throws up the Notability rule. That's like saying you're going to run a race but then decide to just stop short of the finish line.
This site, or something very close to it, will ultimately be the future of Wikis. No notability, NPOV treated in a much better fahsion, personal experience OR allowed...one day, Wikinfo or something similar will take the crown. Until then, we have to resist those who believe in notability and deletionism; bulk up every spin-off wiki on Wikia we can, so we can keep precious information in bastions of free-thought where they can't assail it (or they can try, and we can crush and laugh at them); and fight our damnedest to smash notability here.
