Facts
editI'm just a little concerned that the information regarding his height is incorrect, based purely on anecdotal evidence, in as much as I met him in 2004 and he certainly didn't look 6ft 1! Thank you (GowsiPowsi 22:36, 22 August 2007 (UTC))
- The WBA official site and soccerbase.com both have him as 6' 0", so I've updated the Infobox accordingly. --Jameboy 23:02, 22 August 2007 (UTC)
Corrected appearances
editThe Hungarian staff is working hard to correct appearances at Hungarian players. Sometimes we can miss, too.
So, as of 17th April 2008, Gera has 136 appearances in WBA (domestic league-matches, only).
- 2004/05: 38/6
- 2005/06: 15/2
- 2006/07: 40/5 + 3/0 in play-off.
- 2007/08: 40/7
Summary: 136/20. Please, do not overwrite, this calculate has been checked many times. - Tcziboka (talk) 18:49, 17 April 2008 (UTC)
- Except that playoff games don't count towards league games, so it is 133 not 136. --Jameboy (talk) 19:31, 17 April 2008 (UTC)
- Incidentally, soccerbase is one short as far as Gera's total goes, because they are currently missing substitute and disciplinary info from this game. I've emailed them, so this should be updated soon. --Jameboy (talk) 19:51, 17 April 2008 (UTC)
Yes, we knew that. Apps and goals in PMFC and FTC have been corrected, too. - Tcziboka (talk) 14:34, 18 April 2008 (UTC)
Club apparences
editGera has 87 legue game and 19 goals in the Pécsi MFC. The National Football Teams website isn't had right data. In the season 1999-2000 Gera played 16 match in the NB II (had 5 score) during the autumn. Then February 15, 2000 the Gázszer FC was declared bankrupt. Then the MLSZ was instead call Pécs to play in the NB I during spring. So Gera played 15 game and scored 4 goal in sping. The right table about club apparences here: Gera article in huwiki.
So here the apparences:
- 1997–98: 25/2 (NB II) – PMFC
- 1998–99: 31/8 (NB II) – PMFC
- 1999–00: 16/5 (NB II) + 15/4 (NB I) = 31/9 – PMFC
Subtotal: 87/19
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- 2000–01: 32/7 (NB I) – FTC
- 2001–02: 27/8 (NB I) – FTC
- 2002–03: 26/6 (NB I) – FTC
- 2003–04: 30/11 (NB I) – FTC
Subtotal: 115/32
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- 2004–05: 38/6 (Premiership) – WBA
- 2005–06: 15/2 (Premiership) – WBA
- 2006–07: 40/5 (Championship) + 3/0 (in play-off) = 43/5 – WBA (playoff games don't count towards league games!!!)
- 2007–08: 41/8 (Championship) – WBA

Please do not correct the club apparences in PMFC and FTC!
Thank you. – Warmuz ¤ talk 14:41, 23 April 2008 (UTC)
No sense at all.
editMuch of this article makes no sense whatsoever, have a look at the first lines of the article proper for example. 80.203.140.216 (talk) 02:53, 17 July 2010 (UTC)
Page Tidy 19-Aug-2012
editI've made quite an adjustment to this page, taking out a nonsense section and other items that I didn't think should be on the article page (such as the 'quotes' section, and a lot of non-notable awards). It could do with someone who can speak Hungarian looking at his Hungarian Wiki article, and using some of that in this one. Narcosis17 (talk) 18:57, 19 August 2012 (UTC)
