The comment on Osteochondrosis dissecans in the "Differential Diagnosis" section is incorrect and should be removed. While surgery is sometimes required for OD, it is not associated with significant mortality. Leg amputations will definitely never be required, as joints can be fused or replaced.

Merge Synovial chondromatosis into here

edit

Evidence of synovial chondromatosis being the same as this article: They read/describe the same thing (from my general understanding), the eMED link [1] talks about synovial osteochondromatosis (SOC) and shows references that talk about both synovial chondromatosis AND SOC as if they are one and the same and finally: [2] has a reference indicating SOC as a reference (the article in German... you can clearly see it is talking about SOC), while this "whonamedit" link came from the synovial chondromatosis DDB link. The only objection would be this: [3] and this: [4] which seems to classify them as two seperate things. Any experts that can assess this would be greatly appreciated.
