editThis edit request by an editor with a conflict of interest has now been answered. |
Hello, my name is Robby Tal, Jeremy Frommer's head of PR. There is a lot of factually incorrect information in Mr. Frommer's Wikipedia page, as well as content taken out of context by a competitor, for negative impact towards Mr. Frommer. Can a Wikipedia editor please make the following edits?
-Underneath his photo on the upper right hand side of the page, please REMOVE the "Title" section. Edit the "Occupation" section to say "CEO of Jerrick Media and Jerrick Ventures Inc. 2012-Present"
-The first copy section above the table of contents should say:
Jeremy Frommer is the CEO of Jerrick Media and Jerrick Ventures Inc, multi purpose media companies that acquire, develop, and produce content across all forms of media.
-The fourth paragraph of the "Career" Section needs to be removed, due to it being taken out of context by a competitor, for negative impact against Mr. Frommer.
The paragraph that needs to be REMOVED is:
"In a New York Times article dated March 31, 2014, Frommer is depicted as a suspender-wearing, baseball bat-wielding, screaming egomaniac who doesn't understand Carlin Financial's technology the day after it was acquired by RBC. The article further quotes Frommer as once stating in a speech given to business students at his alma mater, SUNY, Albany, that “It’s not just enough to fly in first class; I have to know my friends are flying in coach.”[6]"
-The "FILTHY GORGEOUS MEDIA" paragraph at the end of the "INVESTMENTS" Section, should be MOVED to the "Career" Section, as its last paragraph before the "INVESTMENTS" Section begins. Below is the paragraph to be moved:
"In 2012 Frommer acquired the creditors assets of the late media mogul Bob Guccione, publisher of Penthouse, Omni, Viva, Kathy Keeton's Longevity, and other periodicals. The collection included artwork and memorabilia once owned by Guccione.[11] Jerrick Ventures is working on curating a multi-faceted exhibit from the collection, which will include a website museum retrospective, book, TV and film projects, and other media related to Guccione.[12] The acquisition of the assets is the inspiration behind Frommer's website Filthy Gorgeous.[13]
-The first two words in the "INVESTMENTS" Section should say "Frommer was" NOT "Frommer is"
-The second paragraph of the "INVESTMENTS" Section should say "Frommer and Schwartz are also partners in Jerrick Ventures Inc." Please REMOVE ALL TEXT afterwards including the "Filthy Gorgeous Media" and "CHARITY" Sections.
Thank you,
Robby Tal

Clean up
editI saw the deletion prod and looked into Frommer's press. He's gotten news on his career and work with the archives of Bob Guccione with Rick Schwartz. I cleaned up the broken links and promotional info, but it may need some more work to get it up to WP:MOS standards. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.198.16.148 (talk) 20:40, 21 August 2015 (UTC)
Notable Alumni SUNY Albany
editI would include him in the list on the University page but the business career coverage is light.--LedgerTom (talk) 21:31, 14 March 2016 (UTC)
