Missing from list of bishops?
editJust came across this:
For a two-month period in 1942 West became the Bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Atlanta.
from here: George Algernon West Ian Dunster (talk) 20:23, 11 March 2008 (UTC)
- He's not listed in the Red Book (Episcopal Church Annual). I don't think the quote is accurate. If he did serve, it would only have been in an assisting capacity during the interregnum. He was not the ordinary {diocesan bishop). clariosophic (talk) 07:33, 13 March 2008 (UTC)
- OK - thanks for checking. Ian Dunster (talk) 09:42, 13 March 2008 (UTC)
Missing Bishop and possibly invalid link to Bishop
editThe new bishop of the Diocese of Atlanta was ordained today, Bishop Robert Wright. Current leadership shows the old Bishop Neil Alexander as the current leadership. WWW.EpiscopalAtlanta.org for more information.
I also doubt the page linked to Robert Wright is the correct person.
I served as an acolyte during the ordination.
