editAs the Dr. Slump manga has been licensed, can someone please take a scan of the manga when it comes out? WhisperToMe 17:04, 28 Dec 2004 (UTC)
the second anime ran from 1997 to 1990? that's pretty impressive, norimaki-san must have built a time machine that makes his anime run backwards.
Censored Manga
editThe article says that "most of the sexual references and humor, nudity, and as well as alcohol usage and references edited out or censored." I have read every english volume that has been published so far. While i have not seen the Japanese versions, I do know that the American version does have a lot of sexual jokes in it. Therefore, i don't think that that line is really accurate. The Great Morgil 20:38, 31 July 2007 (UTC)
- I do believe is accurate, VIZ removes a lot of all that stuff but the manga is for teens/young adult, so they need to leave some sexual jokes to make sense.-AtlaOS (talk) 01:52, 31 March 2009 (UTC)
New Series, dubbed?
editSo, a trailer for an English dub of the 90's series has appeared on YouTube: http://youtube.com/watch?v=TJBGdrS37Z0 Thus far there's no indication who's doing it, or that it's even legit and not an early April fool's prank. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 209.244.16.229 (talk) 05:22, 26 March 2008 (UTC)

toilet humour disagree
editeven though its cited, after reading and watching the first volume and episodes I have to disagree that toilet humour should be one of the shows characterizations. There are some jokes in it. But only because of being a robot and not having such functions. I would rather replace it with sexual humour which is used heavily regarding the Doctor. This is also mentioned in the citations.
