I support the automatic semi-protection of BLPs. Perhaps at some point I'll come up with an essay here explaining why that is, but for now I'm just going to use it to make a list of the editors who supported and opposed the proposal when it last came up. My purpose in doing so is to have the information at the ready the next time it comes up, that I might be able to rebut the inevitable suggestion that "it was resoundingly defeated last time".
