Valentina-Neli Ardean-Elisei (born 5 June 1982) is a Romanian handballer for Gloria Bistrița. Since 26 September 2019, she is retired from the Romanian national team.[1]

She received a silver medal in the 2005 World Championship and was named left wing of the All-Star Team. She was again given this award in the 2008 European Championship and in the 2015 World Championship.[2]

She was given the award of Cetățean de onoare ("Honorary Citizen") of the city of Craiova in 2018.[3]
