Clan Little

[edit]

Hi. Didn't mean to sound overly harsh about the LIttle references. It's just that some claims that go that far back often sound somewhat far-fetched, and are better sourced, or, where impossible, then omitted. Glad you got the article started, which I'm sure took some work. Best, MarmadukePercy (talk) 13:30, 22 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Also, just noticed that no one has formally welcomed you here. So welcome. And thank you for your contributions. MarmadukePercy (talk) 13:33, 22 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for the welcome. My main reason to set up the article was to give the clan a presence and help out the Scottish clans project. I'm sure the Littles are well down their priority list! It seems they have already jumped on though. I fully understand the problem with verifying early genealogies where even recorded pedigrees can be questioned. Thank you for your review. You're welcome. Glad you took the plunge. Incidentally, I added a photograph of the Little tower location near Meikledale. And I noticed that CzarBrodie added the clan template and arms. He's a great resource if you need any guidance. MarmadukePercy (talk) 18:28, 22 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Cape Turnagain, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Māori (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
