Not all disabilities result in pain and pain does not always indicate a disability, while the definition of disease states they are "a disorder of structure or function in a human, animal, or plant, especially one that produces specific signs or symptoms or that affects a specific location and is not simply a direct result of physical injury." Adding ability, insanity, amputation, prosthesis, and regeneration (biology). undo

Replace images, on second thought growing old, unspecified insanity and dying aren't conditions or factors mentioned by the Americans with Disabilities Act. Social security requires a duration of a year, the definition of severity and significant impairment is less clear. An injured animal with regenerative abilities would be disabled until regrowth, making that concept appropriate to include. https://www.disabilitysecrets.com/resources/are-there-disability-benefits-tuberculosis.htm undo

Moral injury is a non scientific concept whereas disability is a scientific concept, replacing with insanity which is rarely considered as a disability by social security but is quasi recognized. By saying having shame is a disability it makes sociopathy look like a healthy alternative in contrast. Refusal to work is not the same as being unable to work, and growing old ignores disabled children and stereotypes the elderly as all being handicapped. undo
