AfDs

[edit]

Hi. As you just participated in discussions on a closely related topic (also a current AfD re a Jewish list), which may raise some of the same issues, I'm simply mentioning that the following are currently ongoing: AfDs re lists of Jewish Nobel laureates, entertainers, inventors, actors, cartoonists, and heavy metal musicians. Ynet poll

[edit]

Thanks for doing something about that awful Ynet poll. I tried to stop its proliferation at the time but the push was too insistent. I trust you don't mind me copying your excellent edit summary when I delete a few more references. Zerotalk 00:35, 10 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Please help -- 200 deletions is quite a lot. Yonideworst (talk) 00:36, 10 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
I did about 120 but have to stop now. I'll check back later to see if they are all gone. Zerotalk 01:48, 10 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Too bad you did not go through the list in order, so I'm not sure where to pick up. Yonideworst (talk) 04:55, 10 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
The backlash has started. Zerotalk 04:41, 10 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Hopefully this explanation will take care of that. Yonideworst (talk) 04:55, 10 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
