Could you add a link from the Lindsay Lohan page to the Lindsay Fully Loaded page? I went there but had no edit link. ThanksMoonkissed9999 (talk) 03:17, 7 January 2008 (UTC)
- Response: Sorry, but I think I'll leave that to you. I know nothing of the subject matter. thadius856talk|airports|neutrality 08:39, 12 January 2008 (UTC)
Removal of stub template?
[edit]Was there a reason that you removed the {{statistics-stub}} template from stochastic ordering? The article is clearly a stub, since most of the subheadings don't have any information in them yet. Cheers, LachlanA (talk) 01:48, 8 January 2008 (UTC)
- Response: Personally, I would contend that the article is not a stub. Per WP:STUB:
“ | A stub is an article containing only a few sentences of text which is too short to provide encyclopedic coverage of a subject, but not so short as to provide no useful information. | ” |
“ | Many articles still marked as stubs have in fact been expanded beyond what is regarded as stub size. If an article is too large to be considered a stub but still needs expansion, replace the stub template with an {{expand}} template (no article should contain both a stub template and an expand template). Be bold in removing stub tags that are clearly no longer applicable. | ” |
- thadius856talk|airports|neutrality 01:57, 8 January 2008 (UTC)
- Thanks for the clarification. I replaced it with an {{expand}} template. I still feel that it "is too short to provide encyclopedic coverage of a subject", but won't make a fuss :) LachlanA (talk) 20:43, 8 January 2008 (UTC)
- Response: You're most welcome. thadius856talk|airports|neutrality 08:38, 12 January 2008 (UTC)

P.S. I read your user page and hope that you keep going with your interest in aviation. Once you finish your degree, have you given any consideration to joining the Air Force?. Trusilver (talk) 23:15, 16 January 2008 (UTC)

Olympic pictogram conversion
[edit]Hello Thadius856. Following a request, I've redesigned the Olympic pictogram for Sailing (from this to this). Since I don't know how to convert PNG to SVG files, I'd kindly ask you to update the SVG file you created, from the older PNG version, with the newer version of the pictogram. The filenames are not to be touched. I'd appreciate very much! Parutakupiu (talk) 23:15, 3 June 2008 (UTC)
Your badlinks templates
[edit]I like them. I just found them today and have already found an opportunity to use one. However, it just occurred to me that you cite the WP Style guideline for external links as "Wikipedia policy", which it is not. How do you reconcile/justify this? More importantly, how will I reconcile/justify it when I'm challenged? .`^) Paine Ellsworthdiss`cuss (^`. 06:46, 21 June 2009 (UTC)

An exciting opportunity to get involved!
[edit]As a member of the Aviation WikiProject or one of its subprojects, you may be interested in testing your skills in the Aviation Contest! I created this contest, not to pit editor against editor, but to promote article improvement and project participation and camraderie. Hopefully you will agree with its usefulness. Sign up here, read up on the rules here, and discuss the contest here. The first round of the contest may not start until September 1st-unless a large number of editors signup and are ready to compete immediately! Since this contest is just beginning, please give feedback here, or let me know what you think on my talkpage. - Trevor MacInnis contribs 05:45, 23 August 2009 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of File:Imageshack.png
[edit]A tag has been placed on File:Imageshack.png requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image is an unused redundant copy (all pixels the same or scaled down) of an image in the same file format, which is on Wikipedia (not on Commons), and all inward links have been updated.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. The article Shingletown Airport has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
