Italicizing titles

[edit]

This was a good question. I learned you can add to the top of a page to make it appear italicized. (You need to edit this comment to see the text I put in. Then you can delete it to make your talk page go back to normal.)Jllm06 (talk) 01:27, 8 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Infobox

[edit]

Here is the relevant article on Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Infoboxes. There are templates set up for various similar types, like comic books, museums, parks, etc., and the guidelines recommend using the given colors in order to keep consistency for the infobox template. However, you can adjust the colors manually, see Help:Using colours.Jllm06 (talk) 13:26, 10 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Casper in film, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Spin-off and George Hamilton. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Removing content?

[edit]

Hi DonJakes,

I noticed you edit a lot of articles about TMNT, so maybe that's why you stumbled upon the video games list. In the future, you could you explain why you thought it was necessary to remove the video game series infobox? Also, you removed the bold from the lead, a pretty standard Wikipedia mark-up. Thanks, and happy editing. --Soetermans. T / C 05:47, 23 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. #BenSteinSameCharacterCasper

[edit]

Are you sure?

He plated the same character in both Mask films.

Also, in the first Casper film, he plays a lawyer. In the third Casper film, he plays a lawyer. Are you sure they're not hte same character?

If they weren't meant to be, I doubt that they would have brought him back. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.46.214.126 (talk) 12:15, 15 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]

It's quite obvious that in the first and second film, he plays two different characters, in the third one, he wasn't credited. I assume that the whole lawyer thing was just a rumor. Also since the second and third film pretty much contradict Casper's backstory to the original film, and don't appear to be in canon of the original, I highly doubt that he his character in the third film is the same as his character in the first. Hello, I'm here to tell you that you must changed the name Harvey films to Harvey Films since you changed back to it's original name without capitalizing the letter 'F'. Thank you.--Landingdude13 (talk) 03:42, 31 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
