Ettrick Bay
[edit]@NewTestLeper79: I did leave you a message a while ago but it never took. I saw you copy-edited the above article. It is a geographical article and stacked full of measurements including bearings, heights, orientations etc. That is from references. The article needs a copyedit, sure but if you remove salient information that reduce the quality of the article, I'll revert it every time. I have other bay articles that need done. Fire in, but leaves the bearings. scope_creepTalk 23:22, 11 August 2019 (UTC)
Yarmouth, Maine
[edit]Hi @NewTestLeper79:, I had a look at your Yarmouth, Maine article your working on, in passing. You will need to slim it right down and soon. It has become entirely non encyclopedic. I know these town articles tend to explode as folk write their own personal histories on web and that get wrapped into the article content, but they tend to be non-notable. Listing train times what. If you don't do it, a copyeditor or somebody will come in and cut it to the bone and they won't be sympathetic to the subject. More than 50% of it is non notable. One top of that if it gets too big it send to Afd as WP:TNT and it will get deleted and start again because nobody want to work on. scope_creepTalk 11:42, 17 August 2019 (UTC)

Transfers
[edit]Hello, Please do not revert the transfer section again. On all previous Blackpool F.C.'s season pages your version is not consistent with them, also it's not consistent with other club season pages. Please keep until you give me one reason as to why your version is deserved to be the one. Many thanks. --Skyblueshaun (talk) 17:31, 23 August 2019 (UTC)

Please upload free images to Commons!
[edit]Hello! Thanks for uploading free images to Wikipedia! As you may know, there is another Wikimedia Foundation project called Wikimedia Commons, a central media repository for all free media. In the future, please consider uploading media there instead (see m:Help:Unified login). That way, all of the other language Wikipedias can use them too, as well as our many sister projects. This will also allow our visitors to search for, view and use our media in one central location. If you wish to move previous uploads to Commons, see Wikipedia:Moving images to the Commons (you may view your previous uploads here). Note that non-free content, such as images claimed as fair use, cannot be uploaded to the Wikimedia Commons, and uploads of non-U.S. works are normally allowed only if the work is either in the public domain or covered by a valid free license in both the U.S. and the country of origin of the work. Thanks, and I hope you enjoy contributing in the future! --Animalparty! (talk) 06:03, 4 April 2020 (UTC)
