The information I edited is correct and the information that was there before my edit was incorrect. There were two laws put forth by the State of Virginia in 1924 concerning eugenics. The one mentioned in the Wikipedia post concerning Carrie Buck is the wrong one. It was not The Racial Integrity Act of 1924 but rather The Sterilization Act of 1924 under which she was held at the Virginia State Colony for Epileptics and Feebleminded. Thank you.
