Uma Neha (born 3 July 1990)is an Indian film playback singer trained in classical music. She predominantly sings in Telugu, but has also sung songs [1] in various other Indian languages.[2],whilst working with many leading music composers and she also performed few events in the presence of maestro Ilayaraja portraying his featuring songs. She performed many shows in the USA with ace Music Director Mani Sharma and legendary singers K. S. Chitra and Mano (singer) during the years 2015 and 2016.[3].She was born in Kurnool,Andhra Pradesh and currently lives in Hyderabad.
Life and Career Beginning
[edit]Born on July 03, 1990 in Kurnool, Andhra pradesh, [4]Uma initiated training in Carnatic music from her gurus Smt.Saraswathi, Smt.Rama Prabha and Smt.Lalitha Kurulker. Ramachari Komanduri her guru played a crucial role in her career from the start. Her father S.Krishna and mother Lakshmi Durga supported Uma throughout her career. She participated in many competitions at her school level and gained popularity by participating in reality shows and television programs such as super singer-5 from MaaTV, Zee Telugu SA RE GA MA PA, Thara Rum Pum from Gemini TV, Star Singer from Sitara channel and Sye Jodi from ETV. She also mentored Taanam team for Bol Baby Bol reality show aired by Gemini TV. Her first recorded song Changure Andaale from movie Naa Ishtam movie in Telugu and Kaali Mahankali from the movie Kanteerava in Kannada. Her latest hit track was from Balakrishna starrer Paisa Vasool's title track and She has been showered and extolled for crooning this mass number.[5]

- Visited USA as part of Etv-Super Masti event at various places with singers like K.S.Chitra, Mano, Vijay Prakash, Kalpana Raghavendar, Sunitha Upadrashta and Vedala Hemachandra.
- She has been part of TANA, ATA and NATS celebrations during the years of 2015 and 2016.

- Visited almost all corners around India for a numerous number of events to perform with the career experience of 10 years approximately.
