However, some of the positions he has taken lead me to believe he is nearing burnout as an arbitrator (150,000+ edits is a lot), and might be best served by taking a year or two off and then trying again for Arbcom. |

Also, the viewpoint of "When anonymity gets in the way of building an encyclopedia, it is not sacred" is one that highly highly concerns me. Anonymity is sacred at Wikipedia, whether or not we personally agree with that concept, respecting individuals' right to privacy is something we need to protect. |

Questions | I will admit I don't know Shell that well and had to review her answers very carefully. My primary reason for being neutral is that while she has done extensive work at Medcom and twice run for Arbcom, I don't see her comment that much at internal policy debates or noticeboards. Possibly engaging more in publicly difficult situations would change my vote in the future. |
