Lafayette Township is one of eighteen townships in Allamakee County, Iowa, USA. At the 2010 census, its population was 421.[3]

History

Lafayette Township was organized in 1852.[4]

Geography

Lafayette Township covers an area of 45.84 square miles (118.7 km2) and contains no incorporated settlements. According to the USGS, it contains three cemeteries: Thompson Corner, Village Creek and Wexford.
