Appearance
Usage
This template is intended to simplify entering 2022 (per 1 January) population estimate information in the articles about Ukraine administrative divisions and inhabited localities. The template automatically references the data to the appropriate source, so make sure that the number you are entering into the template matches that source. The reference can be re-used elsewhere in the text. The name of the reference is "ua2022estimate".
- Parameters
Bolded parameters are mandatory; italicized parameters are optional.
- p2022 or first unnamed parameter: preliminary population results recorded by the 2022 Ukraine population estimate. Use an unformatted number, as the template will add commas for you.
- punct or second unnamed parameter: trailing punctuation sign. There is no trailing punctuation sign by default.
- showyear: if equal to
false
, the text(2022 estimate)
, which normally appears immediately after p2022, is omitted; otherwise, this text is displayed. Use this parameter when the year can be inferred from the context (i.e. it was stated earlier in the sentence).
- Examples
