Closing of Joypolis Osaka
[edit]The Osaka Joypolis is gone. It's been replaced with VR Zone Osaka: https://vrzone-pic.com/osaka/ A goodbye message is here: http://umeda-joypolis.sega.jp/ — Preceding unsigned comment added by 153.142.97.177 (talk) 08:25, 9 October 2018 (UTC)
Closing of Joypolis Tokyo
[edit]The paragraph about the Accident is telling the reader that the Tokyo Joypolis was closed down, giving the impression that there is no longer an active Joypolis in Tokyo. This is a bit misleading and confusing. Originally there were 2 Joypolis in Tokyo, one in Shinjuku and one in Odaiba beach. The shinjuku one got closed due to the accident, but the Odaiba beach one is still active.
Proposed merge with Yokohama Joypolis
[edit]- The following discussion is closed. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section. A summary of the conclusions reached follows.
- The result of this discussion was to merge. -- ferret (talk) 15:34, 15 November 2015 (UTC)
This subarticle is unsourced and has no apparent significant coverage in multiple reliable, independent sources. (?) It is standard to cover topics like this within their parent (Joypolis), where they can always spin out summary style if warranted by the sources. czar 14:37, 25 October 2015 (UTC)
- Merge Per Czar. -- ferret (talk) 19:23, 26 October 2015 (UTC)
- Merge per Czar. Additionally, judging from the edit summaries, I haven't seen any counter-argument other than "The JP Wiki has one", which doesn't really matter. If the Joypolis article ever gets massive, and there's sources present to split, then by all means, split it out. But right now, anyone wanting to work on Joypolis related things should just focus on cleaning up this terrible looking article rather than splitting off into even more junk...
