Why is the name of this article "Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown" and not "30 Park Place"?

[edit]

As far as I can tell, the name (and address, obviously) of this building is 30 Park Place and that Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown is just a subset of the whole building. According to Silverstein's own website (https://www.silversteinproperties.com/Luxury-Condos-nyc/30-park-place) they call it 30 Park Place, the hotel occupies the first 27 floors, and the rest of the 82 floors are residential. And the residences go by their own label: Four Seasons Private Residences New York Downtown. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Timidpueo (talkcontribs) 17:42, 23 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
