[edit]This article is a cleaned-up Babelfishing of the German article. I've done my best to make the machine-translated output intelligible, but there's still some grammatic weirdness and one passage (a direct quote about the mission of the DBB) that I left in the original German because I wasn't able to make anything sensible out of the translation's word order. Some love is needed from a native German speaker to go over the article, compare it with the original article on de.wikipedia.org, and make sure it's all nice and pretty.
