Plagiarism? This website: http://www.ianmasters.org/archives.html has a biography of Albright that is exactly the same as this. According to Scott Ritter - who was definitely a top UN Inspector at the time - Albright was nothing of the sort. Rather, he was a minor member of a team, an 'informed tourist', as it were. See [Ritter's 26 June 2008 Article in Truthdig].
