"This removes the need for each peer to have complex knowledge of block distribution"

Um, I didnt know you had to know how BitTorrent works in order to use it. I just click a .torrent file and it downloads. Wtf. --pile0nadestalk | contrib 6 July 2005 01:54 (UTC)

- In this case a peer means the program not the human sitting in front of it... NetworkCoding eases the pain by making it (nearly) not matter what block is sent... 89.59.66.73 21:19, 27 October 2006 (UTC)Quicksilver[reply]

vernacular, execration and self-aggrandisement

[edit]

I just removed this sentence from the last paragraph: 'His response has been criticised, however, for "vernacular, execration and self-aggrandisement".'

I'm no expert on this subject, but such big words really need citations. Has his response been criticized by anoyone else than the user who added this sentence??? Whom?

Google reveals that the statement comes from "Anonymous" in the comment section below the original blog post. It should not be part of the article. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 141.20.33.211 (talk) 12:17, 26 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
