Is it considered such when revenge is the motive and specific victims known to the perpetrator the targets, for reasons of vengeance? I wonder. Matza Pizza (talk) 16:15, 5 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

The primary classification criteria for a serial killer appears to be the number of victims murdered by the perpetrator. The motive(s) for the individual murders doesn't alter this requirement. - Cameron Dewe (talk) 03:10, 28 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
