Summary

Description

One version of the heterosexual symbol (i.e. a Mars symbol and Venus symbol horizontally or diagonally offset, and usually interlinked, Unicode 4.1 character U26A4 ⚤). An alternative version to HeteroSym-pinkblue.svg, using darker shades of the recent (early 20th century) commonly-used colors pink and blue as colors of the sexes. For a pseudo-3D version, see Heterosexual-symbol-3D.svg. See also HeteroSym-pinkblue3.svg.

For a different artistic rendering of this same symbol, see Symbols-Venus-Mars-joined-together.png.

For this symbol in the old "alchemical" colors (Venus=copper=patina=green and Mars=iron=rust=red), see HeteroSym.svg.

For versions of a "planetary" symbol of the sexes with slightly different symbolic meaning, see Sexes-planetary-sym.svg, Sexes-planetary-sym-dimcolors.svg, and Sexes-planetary-sym-pinkblue.svg.
