Echizen-Takada Station (越前高田駅, Echizen-Takada-eki) is a JR West railway station in the city of Fukui, Fukui, Japan.

[edit]Echizen-Takada Station is served by the Hokuriku Main Line, and is located 11.4 kilometers from the terminus of the line at Echizen-Hanandō and 14.0 kilometers from Fukui.
Station layout
[edit]The station consists of one ground-level side platform serving single bi-directional track. There is no station building, but only a shelter on the platform. The station is unattended.

History
[edit]Echizen-Takada Station opened on May 20, 1964. With the privatization of Japanese National Railways (JNR) on 1 April 1987, the station came under the control of JR West.
